Product Warranties

Most of the items available on our web site are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If you have questions regarding the warranty associated with any product, please check the product descriptions or email our customer service department at sales@floorseating.com.

If you have questions about the warranty for any product purchased from FloorSeating.com, please contact our customer service department at sales@floorseating.com. If any product sold by FloorSeating.com fails within the warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer directly. FloorSeating.com will act as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer's warranty center if you would prefer.

Ultimately, the warranty is between you and the manufacturer. If the product fails after the warranty period is over, we'll direct you to the manufacturer for help.*

If there are any defects with the product you have ordered from FloorSeating.com, please contact us immediately. Claims after 30 days from purchase can not be processed unless they fall under the manufacturers warranty, in which case the manufacturer will need to be contacted. FloorSeating.com will work with you to correct the problem, and/or we will work as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.
